Enjoyable stay with a city view
The warm reception and friendly staff created a cute atmosphere. I particularly appreciated the charming city views from the rooftop terrace during breakfast, which enhanced my mornings.
The air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature was good. Noise from the busy street and nearby shops could also make it difficult to sleep at times.

the nicest thing in the hotel was breakfast which was quite rich and traditional.
in the website it is written that there is a swimmingpool..but actually it s only a small aeria with cold water to use after sauna. jacuzzi which should be available was out of order unfortunatelly. The neighbourhood was extremely noisy..definitely not for a family calm holidays.

The place is absolutely amazing, the staff are pretty friendly and excellent.
The room is well-maintained with amazing views of the sea.

Soundproofing is a major issue. Thin walls let in a lot of noise from the street, especially in the early hours. The air conditioning has limited hours of operation. Housekeeping is inconsistent, with inadequate cleaning during extended stays. I noticed dust under the bed and unclean bathrooms. The breakfast options lack variety and quality, with some guests reporting limited egg choices and poor food availability.

The worst hotel ever. First night when we got to the hotel they told us at the reception that they dont have a room for us and that for that one night we are going to stay at the hotel across the street, that hotel was so dirty and old. Tomorrow when we got back to aspen hotel the manager got us a room we to separete beds and we had reserved one double, he didnt even let me speek at the end we got our room that we booked, but the bed was small and very unconfortble and the matrace was so dirty. This hotel is very bad not worth money we have paid, I regret of booking this hotel and one more thing the pool and sauna you have to pay!!!!!! Do not go there save ur money

Location is good.
The matress in the room was not good and the air condition was not working. If you didn't want to turn on the heating, in order to have some air in the room, you'd need to open the window and a lot of noise would come to the room together with the fresh air. One morning (8am) someone opened the door of our room! The breakfast was poor and if something was missing they said it was over.

The breakfast was very nice. The location is very good, 15mins by taxi to airport, close to tram and walking distance to attractions.
The air conditioning didnt cool at all, the room was very hot, even with the door open. This brought in a lot of noise from outside since we are right in the city centre with a lot of noise from traffic and people passing by making it hard to relax or sleep properly. If the cooling system was good, it would have been a much better experience for us. The hotel staff dont speak much english so a bit difficult to communicate. The sea view room is actually a side sea view, you will need to lean out of the balcony to see it!

Our room had an offensive sewer smell that persisted for the duration of our stay. The floor was also not clean. Breakfast was not up to the typical Turkish standards we had experienced in other parts of the country. English language service was difficult.
